Linton — Full Home Renovation

The aim was to transform the property through a combination of renovation, bespoke craftsmanship and carefully considered interior spaces.

Working closely with the homeowners, Churchill Builds helped develop each area around their requirements while maintaining a consistent level of finish throughout the property.

The result is a home in which practical everyday spaces sit alongside more distinctive design features, with bespoke storage, joinery, lighting and finishes playing an important role in the overall transformation.

The open-plan kitchen and living area forms one of the centrepieces of the renovation.

A generous island creates a natural focal point within the room, providing space for preparation, dining and everyday family life. Cabinetry, worktops, lighting and architectural detailing work together to create a contemporary space that feels substantial without sacrificing practicality.

Rather than treating the kitchen as an isolated installation, it was considered as part of the wider living environment, creating a natural connection between cooking, dining and relaxing.

Custom joinery is a defining feature of the Linton renovation.

Bespoke furniture and integrated storage were designed around the dimensions and purpose of individual spaces, allowing practical requirements to become part of the architecture of the home.

From fitted cabinetry and display storage to media-wall features and detailed timber finishes, the joinery demonstrates Churchill Builds' hands-on craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The renovation also included the transformation of bathrooms and bedroom spaces.

Contemporary finishes, carefully planned lighting, fitted storage and considered layouts create rooms that feel calm and refined while remaining practical for everyday use.

The project includes both larger bathroom spaces and smaller areas of the home, demonstrating how the same attention to materials, proportion and finishing can be carried throughout an entire property.

The loft was incorporated into the wider renovation, creating additional usable accommodation within the home.

Careful use of the available space, natural light and fitted storage allowed the upper level to become a genuine part of the property rather than feeling like an addition to it.

A fully fitted home office provides a dedicated workspace designed around both functionality and the character of the wider interior.

Bespoke cabinetry and storage allow the room to remain organised while maintaining the high level of finish found throughout the rest of the property.

What makes the Linton project particularly representative of Churchill Builds is its breadth.

Rather than bringing together separate contractors for individual rooms, the renovation demonstrates the benefit of managing multiple elements of a home transformation as one project.

From construction and installation through to joinery and final finishing, each space could be considered as part of the same overall vision.

The finished home brings together contemporary design, practical living and bespoke craftsmanship — with attention paid not only to the statement spaces, but to the details that connect the entire property.
